Rec Team Uniforms
Players who saved last season's jerseys for use in 2009-2010 get $50 off their fees. Those who need jerseys can pay for them on-line by checking the box under "Products" and by downloading and mailing this order form.

Travel Team Uniforms
Please download the order form, print it, fill it out and mail in your order. The deadline for travel uniform orders is June 30.
