Richards, BYH honored by Ravens

We are pleased to announce that Baltimore Youth Hockey and Mallory Richards have been awarded the Ravens Community Quarterback Award for our efforts to bring hockey to underprivileged children through the Patterson Park Stars. Mallory is a longtime member of the BYH board and director of our Patterson community service project.

Announcement, from Melanie LeGrande, Community Relations Manager of the Baltimore Ravens:"You have been nominated by your peers for the outstanding work you do in the community and I am pleased to say that you were selected as this year's Community Quarterback Award winners. The award recognizes the hard work that you do as a volunteer to make our greater Baltimore community better each day.   We would like to salute you on Sunday, Nov. 18th, at our Ravens vs. Browns game. You will have two lower-level tickets to the game, a Ravens gift bag, a commemorative plaque and a $2,500 check will be mailed to [BYH], on your behalf. In addition, I invite the winners down the field during pre-game and we will shoot footage of you that will be shown during the game on our SMARTVISION screens.
