Northern Lights will be conducting a Summer Camp again this year. BYH Hockey Director Boe Leslie and guest coaches will run the camp.

 
Northern Lights Summer Camp
The 5th Annual Northern Lights Summer Camp will be held at Reisterstown again this summer. It is a Monday to Friday day camp from August 2-6, 2010.  The camp will begin each morning at 8:30AM and pick up is at 4:15PM. Camp is open to all players mites through those who are entering their first year of Midget. We are planning to have two seperate on ice groups, an older [midget bantam and peewee] and a younger group [mite, squirt and peewee].
 
Each day will consist of 3 hours of on ice and 3 hours off ice. The morning session will focus on power skating, puck handling skills, goalie specific work and small games. The afternoon ice session consist of skills and a full ice scrimmage. The off ice session in the morning will include hockey specific training such as plyometrics, agility, core and power training. In the afternoon, we will play games such as soccer, frisbee and whiffle ball.  Lunch is included. The cost of the camp is $395 with a dry fit T Shirt, $375 without.
